BUYING LOCAL

Our livelihoods depend on people buying local, so we put our money where our mouths are. We use locally-made products as often as we can, and support people in Ohio whenever possible.

The spices for our Spiced Rum and our Genever come from North Market Spices. We work with Simple Times Mixers to re-use their pineapple for our Pineapple Rum. We buy all of our grain from Rustic Brew Farm and Brandt Family Farm. And even though Ohio has great soil for sugar cane, we don't have a 10-month growing season, so no one grows it - BUT we still buy it from a company based in Ohio.

And the little things matter too. Our labels come from Blue Label Packaging in Lancaster. We print all of our paper materials at local area printers. And all of the beer we serve is from local breweries.

In short, we keep money flowing in Central Ohio to support the great people living here.

GRAIN TO GLASS? OFTEN!

We're very open and honest: we make some of our spirits from scratch and source and blend others. Our rum lineup is entirely our own: mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in-house. Our whiskeys are a combination of grain-to-glass and sourced-and-blended.

What never changes is our commitment to quality. Any bottle with our name on it is something we are proud of. If we distill it, we're fixated on every detail throughout the whole process. If we source it, we are tasting every single barrel coming through our door and hand-selecting the barrels going into a batch. We wouldn't dream of blindly dumping barrels, not knowing the result.
