Hot Buttered Rum

Spiced butter (makes 4 drinks):
6 tbsp    salted butter
3 tbsp    brown sugar
1 tsp     cinnamon
0.25 tsp  nutmeg
0.25 tsp  allspice 

Each drink:
2 oz      Echo Spirits Rum
1.5 tbsp  spiced butter
6 oz      boiling water

Use a mixer, rolling pin, or just your hands to mix all spiced butter ingredients together. Immediately refrigerate or freeze anything you don’t use. Pro tip: make a large batch and freeze it in pre-portioned scoops for easy access at any time.

When you want a drink, add rum and spiced butter to a heat-safe mug and top it with boiling or very hot water. Stir until incorporated. Top with whipped cream and spices.
