1.5 oz Echo Spirits Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Fruitlab Hibiscus Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup
2 dashes Vanilla Bitters
1 Egg White
1.5 oz Echo Spirits Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Fruitlab Hibiscus Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup
2 dashes Vanilla Bitters
1 Egg White
1.5 oz Echo Spirits Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Fruitlab Hibiscus Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake. Add ice and shake again, vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberries or rhubarb.
