2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice (optional)
2 oz Echo Spirits Rum
1.5 oz Coconut Cream
2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice (optional)
2 oz Echo Spirits Rum
1.5 oz Coconut Cream
2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Fill a glass with crushed ice. Strain into glass and garnish with tropical accents (flowers, pineapple wedge, etc.)
