⅔ cup   diced seedless watermelon
0.5oz   orange liqueur
0.25oz  lime juice

⅔ cup   diced seedless watermelon
0.5oz   orange liqueur
0.25oz  lime juice
2oz     Echo Spirits Silver Rum
⅔ cup   diced seedless watermelon
0.5oz   orange liqueur
0.25oz  lime juice

Blend the watermelon, then combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a watermelon chunk, leaving some of the rind on for color.
