Ingredients
- 1 oz Echo Spirits Rum
- 1 oz Echo Spirits Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Echo Spirits Cherrysmoke Rum or other aged rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Grenadine
- 0.25 oz Falernum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes Absinthe
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and fill with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
