Inspired as much by producers of other quality pineapple rums as by tales of 18th century rum producers soaking the fruit in their rum to add sweetness, Echo Spirits Pineapple Rum is made with real, actual pineapple left over from the juicing process of our friends at Simple Times Mixers. Infused "until it's ready", we use both the flesh and bark of the pineapple to create this signature flavor.

As with any natural infusion that has not been overly and excessively filtered, some sediment may appear over time and is completely normal. Give your bottle a shake or simply pour off the top, leaving the sediment on the bottom.
